Guiding America’s Warriors Out of the Darkness

Pathfinder Veterans Alliance is a nonprofit led by combat veterans on a mission to save our brothers and sisters from PTSD and suicide. We provide a path forward for warriors stuck in darkness by connecting them with proven, cutting-edge treatment and unwavering support. Our primary initiative is facilitating ibogaine therapy, a life-changing psychedelic treatment, for veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress.

For many veterans, the battle doesn’t end when they return home. The wounds of war, both seen and unseen, can linger for years, leading some down a dark path of despair. Every day, between 16 and 44 U.S. veterans take their own lives, a tragic toll that outnumbers combat losses.

One of the first veterans we sent for treatment knows this pain firsthand. “I’ve lost more friends to suicide than in combat,” he says.

We founded Pathfinder Veterans Alliance to change that.

We serve a focused community of veterans working in the tech and data center industries. These fields demand resilience, long hours, and high stress. These are challenges that can amplify the struggles of post-service life. By concentrating on this community, Pathfinder VA ensures that those balancing military scars with the pressures of technology careers receive tailored support, resources, and treatment access.

One of the veterans we helped was once on the brink of becoming another statistic. After 11 years of frontline service, he returned home filled with rage, trauma, and suicidal thoughts. In February 2025, as despair peaked, he sought ibogaine treatment in Mexico, and it saved his life.

“I attempted suicide once. I put a .45 to my head and pulled the trigger, but the round didn’t go off. God had a different plan for me… He sent me to Mexico and treated me with this miraculous plant, iboga. Ibogaine was the medicine I took in Mexico and it changed my life. I spent 14 days in Mexico and before I went, I was filled with thoughts of suicide, rage, and massive anger on a daily basis. All I wanted to do was either kill myself or anybody that crossed me, 24 hours a day. I don’t feel that way anymore.

This warrior’s transformation from suicidal to hopeful is why Pathfinder VA exists: to lead fellow veterans, especially those in the fast-paced world of technology and data centers, out of darkness and into a new life.
